• We deliver across the UK and internationally.
• UK orders typically arrive within 3-7 working days after processing.
• International shipping times vary by location, and customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.
• Once dispatched, we are not responsible for any delays caused by couriers or customs.

2. Returns & Exchanges

• Personalised items cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty.
• Non-personalised items can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in original packaging.
• If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 7 days with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
• Return shipping costs for non-faulty items are the buyer’s responsibility.
