2. Products & Personalisation

• We specialise in personalised gifts, including bathrobes, soft toys, blankets, backpacks, baby hats, socks, and more.
• Personalised items are made to order, and once customised, they cannot be changed, exchanged, or returned.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all personalisation details (e.g., spelling, dates) are correct when placing an order.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit/debit cards and PayPal.
• We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

4. Discount & Promotions

• Discounts and promotions cannot be applied retrospectively.
• Discount codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be combined with other offers.
